Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Skin by Nikkydoll, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy is in place:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Two-Cancellation Limit

Clients are allowed a maximum of two cancellations or reschedules.

After two cancellations:

  • Future appointments will require full prepayment to secure your booking

  • Continued rescheduling or cancellations will result in loss of booking privileges

  • Skin by Nikkydoll reserves the right to decline or cancel future appointments

Excessive Rescheduling

Repeated rescheduling, even with proper notice, may be treated as a cancellation pattern and subject to the same restrictions.

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in immediate prepayment requirements or booking restrictions.

Third-Party Bookings 

This policy applies to all appointments booked through third-party platforms.

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule through third-party apps may be:

  • Restricted from future bookings

  • Required to book directly with prepayment

  • Removed from booking eligibility

Right to Refuse Service

Skin by Nikkydoll reserves the right to refuse service to clients who do not adhere to this policy.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
